The Company was founded in 1972 and started its commercial operation in the aluminum industry in 1973. The Company’s business activities are in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company Article 3, paragraph: 2,: a. Carry out a business as a holding company, namely a company that controls the assets of a group of subsidiary companies, and its main activity is the ownership of the group (KBLI 64200); b. carry out a business in the field of non-ferrous metal extrusion, such as copper extrusion and its guides, aluminum extrusion and tungsten extrusion KBLI 24204); c. Carry out a large trading business of metal and base metal ores, such as nickel ore, copper ore, aluminum, iron, steel and large trading of semi-finished ferrous and non-ferrous metal products and others (KBLI 46620); d. Carry out a business as an agent who receives commissions, intermediaries (brokers), auctioneers and other wholesalers who trade goods domestically, abroad on behalf of other parties (KBLI 46100); e. Carry out the business of providing industrial services for coating, polishing, coloring, engraving, hardening, polishing, welding, cutting and various special works on metal or metal goods (KBLI 25920)
